Wow, it's been a while and we are about to finish 5% of our down payment! Yeah, i know we're still far from the "moment of truth" but It seems very fast to me. After paying 20% down payment and that would be on May 2010 (20% downpayment - 24 months to pay), our unit will be turned over to us then we can start our business!
