One More YEar To GO!

Last May 26, 2009 is our 12th month downpayment for our condo unit in Berkeley Residences Quezon City. I am getting more excited for I only have to wait another twelve months and it's turn over time! But aside from excitement I am feeling right now, I am also worrying with somethings like our processing fee before the turn over date amounting to Php100,969.41 and If we we're able to loan in the bank for the balance. We were worrying bout the financing coz we can't afford to pay it thru In house they have so much interest compared to bank. Anyway, we're doing something about that already. We're focusing now on how to start with the rentng business next year. Where and how are we going to look for a client to rent. I think I'll be needing a Real Property Management so that I can still have more time for my own realty business. I don't know yet the policies and how to handle a tenant. I think a property management will help me a lot with it. Gosh...I am thinking so hard in advance.

Planning to Take Broker's Exam in the Future

Mary Ann, my manager in real estate is having a review for her upcoming Broker's License Examination. I'm sure she'll pass that exam and become a broker in the future already. That is actually my dream, to become a licensed broker in realty. I wanted to put up my own team and have higher commission rate. But I don't think I have to get one already coz' I am still a newbie in this field. I am also thinking of other business aside from this one. I know being realtor is actually a good job for me and I wanted to pursue this career but I still want to have other business. I just don't know what business is that. My co-agent asked me a while ago if I am interested in putting up a business with him. I actually don't know what to say because first of all I don't have a capital yet and I don't know what business is fit for us. And now, I was bothered, thinking and then browsing thru net about business. This is what I found and learn for this day...have you heard of BAMentor site already? These are for business analyst, and if you have business, these analyst are the ones you have to approach for you to succeed in your business. Most of the business analyst need to get CBAP Certified for only 6 weeks course for $600 for th public and $345 for IIBA members. There are lots of courses now to be offered so nothing to worry for the upcoming exams, I think if I will decide to get a broker's examination, there's also a review center like this for me. I am really afraid to take exams again, thanks to this kind of institution offering a hand.

My Mind is Getting Crazy Thinking of So Many Great Items in the Net!

Oh Gosh, I can't concentrate on what to buy first with so many things to choose from the internet. I am actually saving my money from PayPal for my future photo books, I can't buy any items yet unless it's cheap and until I get more opportunities in blogging. But I can't really resist browsing in the net and looking for so many irresistible items. Tell me if you can't resist to buy this monogrammed towel wraps? Oh gosh I think I'm addicted shopping online already. Good thing I don't have my own credit card, I am only using PayPal and I am really saving them for photo books first. Another thing I can't resist is this nap mats. Did you know how many times I peeped on this product and thinking ways how to earn money to buy them? Heheheheh! I really love them, napmat and towel, they're match! Oh I hope I could earn more for this! I really love to buy this and the personalized plates and placemats for children that I've been longing for a month already! Oh help me God!
